Casey travelled all their life, then found an empty hotel in the mountains and spent every last saving on it. Now it needs everything — and Casey, frankly, gets distracted. (“Have you really looked at thumbs? So exciting.”) So here’s the arrangement: you focus, Casey works. No lectures, no guilt, no streak-shaming. Just lights coming on in the windows, one session at a time.

The Focus Lift: a brass-and-burgundy timer dial set to a session length

SET THE FOCUS LIFT

Pick 5 to 120 minutes on a proper brass dial. Press START and the lift takes Casey down to work.
